The “Polar Vortex” litter was named after the weather event in which they were born! This was the first litter here at Camarada poodles and they were born on February 21, 2019. You can see their pedigree here!
This litter between Violet and Charles exceeded all of our expectations. There were four puppies in this litter, two of which were finished as Champions from the 6-9 puppy class!
Red Girl is officially known as Camarada Funky Cold Medina and was called Dottie or Dippin Dot. She was shown a handful of times but was eventually placed in a pet home. Her new name is Envy and she is loving every bit of pet life! Her new owner is a creative groomer so we can’t wait to see what color Envy is next!

Green boy was Camarada Frostbite–“Bodhi”. Bodhi left us at ten weeks old to join his new family in Phoenix, AZ. Tragically at 6 months old, Bodhi ingested a poisonous mushroom and was unable to be saved. His loss was felt by all of us at Camarada, as well as his family. The only solace is knowing that he was spoiled and had the best life a puppy could ask for with his family, Jim and Derinda.
